Methodist Men
Through service to the congregation and community, the Methodist Men help each other grow in Christ so that others may also know Christ. Our meetings begin with a hearty breakfast: the men would like the opportunity to greet you at their meeting next month.
Meeting Time: 8:00-9:30 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday monthly (exceptions: June & July)

Family Nurturing Ministry
Each month brings new opportunities for the Mountain View Church family to encourage each other! Many times this is through a special emphasis meal following worship or one of our special events.

Hiking Club
After a successful initial outing in October, the group has decided to meet one Saturday a month to hike together. The hikes will be open to all and guided hikes of varying degrees of difficulty will be offered each month.
Meeting Time: 8:30 AM one Saturday each month

Methodist Women
Each month our women meet for refreshments, devotion and a program that rotates among members who eagerly share their experiences and talents. They would love to welcome you at their next gathering.

Mah Jongg
For many, Mah Jongg is not only a game but also a treasured social ritual, providing an opportunity for friends and community members to gather and connect. Whether you are an experienced player or would like to learn, you are welcome!

Handmade with Love
This group offers a unique blend of fellowship, creativity and service by knitting and crocheting “prayer squares” for those in need of comfort or encouragement. Imbued with prayer and blessings with each stitch, they offer a tangible reminder of God’s love to the recipient in Care Facilities, Children’s missions and even college students.
Meeting Time: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. 1st and 3rd Thursdays monthly

Special Events: Blessing of the Prayer Squares by our Pastor and Congregation
Cooking with Plants
We gather to learn about cooking with only plants – keeping preparation of meals unrefined and unprocessed. Attendees take home food for at least one meal. Some of the sessions will conclude with a sit-down meal with fellow cooks.
